I'm still home alone so I tried to prepare a little something just moments ago: I tried making hash browns! Yeah, I started from scratch as in the mano-mano, peeling and shredding the raw potato type of hash browns, not those ready to cook frozen ones...
Sadly, after I finished cooking, the hash browns kind of looked like okoy! But I guarantee you it tasted good, haha! I didn't like how it looked though but I guess it wasn't that bad for starters...
